<Job Responsibilities>
As an offshore IT development team, we aim to go beyond simply receiving and developing projects. We want to create and propose new businesses and develop strategies from overseas bases, including Vietnam.
We are dividing our development team into several units, and we are seeking a unit manager to oversee the following responsibilities:
- Execution of departmental strategies
- Training and management of subordinates, including management-level employees
- Problem-solving within the subordinate organization in collaboration with headquarters managers
- Bridging the gap between management and frontline employees
- Activating and motivating the workforce
- Achieving business objectives
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30~45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
・Language:
- Japanese - Fluent and English - Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- Experience in product development as a full-stack engineer.
- Desired experience areas: server-side, front-end, data storage, infrastructure/network, security, testing
- Organizational management experience as a middle manager:
- Recruitment, training, evaluation, identifying and resolving issues, motivation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in product development in collaboration with Japanese and overseas members
・Experience in formulating strategies and tactics for development organizations with over 50 members
・Experience in promoting the improvement of technical capabilities within development organizations
・Experience in promoting the improvement of development productivity within development organizations
<Desired Candidate>
