Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Translate and summarize documents and meeting minutes in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese, ensure accurate communication across all three languages in both directions. - Manage and drive projects directly under the General Director's supervision - Support the development and execution of business strategies for the company - Serve as the primary liaison between the local subsidiary and the Japan Headquarters - Assist in the preparation and organization of executive and critical meetings - Make business reports in both Japanese and English - Provide additional support to the General Director as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in any majors - Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or trading companies in the same positions such as Assistant, Business Planner, or Project Management position. - Language: Japanese - Fluent Level (JLPT N1 Certificate) and English - Intermediate Level or above - Skills and Personalities: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and solve problems + Cultural understanding and flexibility <Preferred Skills/Experience> - Experience working in Japan - Experience in project management, experience in team management
