<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Japanese Manager
- Support audit and outsourcing team (if they need Japanese)
- Perform procedures for registering licenses and supporting Japanese customers when they come to Vietnam to work.
- Perform outsourcing services (document, company information, and Tax related) for clients.
- Perform some admin jobs (prepare contracts, quotations, submit tax dossiers)
- Communicate with clients in Japanese and English (by E-mail)
- Perform other related work to the Company’s policies or license.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 24-35 years old
・Gender: Female Preferred
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Languages
- English: Business Level; and
- Japanese: Business Level with N2 certification required
・Experienced
- About 2 years of administrative experience
- Others: Be able to join the company in March.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Fluent in Japanese
・Have Bachelor/College Degree majoring in Japanese
・Have Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Auditing is a plus (both in Japan and overseas)
