<Job Responsibilities>
* Sourcing Opportunities:
- Become a Business Development expert by crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Perfect your cold-calling pitch to attract investors.
- Research accounts and investors’ backgrounds, collaborate with solution teams to create engaging content towards your prospect users.
- Schedule meetings with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth transitions and new user acquisition strategies.
- Master our CRM for effective activity logging and data tracking.
* Building client relationships and generating ongoing demand:
- Capitalize on your excellent work to ensure recurring demand.
- Win & impress new users until you build a name for Company within your target accounts.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English & Japanese - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of experience as Business Development Executive
・ Demonstrated track record of career progression in account management, customer success, service delivery, project management, or a similar field
・A strategic thinking mindset to analyze problems, identify root causes, and design practical solutions.
・Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams and with multiple stakeholders.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in manager/leader role is a big plus
