Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-50 years old ・Language: Chinese (Communication with partner factory) and Japanese (for internal use): at business level ・Experience: - Have at least 5 years of working experience in quality control, production management, or manufacturing management - Experience in a Japanese company ・Other: Can go on day business trips to Partner Factory. (3-4 times/ per week); - Can live in Thai Binh <Personality> ・A person with a strong sense of responsibility ・A person who can proactively work on their work ・A person who can actively communicate within the company regardless of nationality <Preferable Skills / Experience> ・Experience in the cosmetics, resin molding, and mold industries ・Management experience
