<Job Responsibilities>
Consultant for organizational change and instructor human resource development.
・Consult for organizational transformation, mainly for Japanese companies, and instructor for education and training.
・Assist in sales activities (including customer service, proposal preparation, analysis of various diagnoses, and report preparation)
・Interpretate between Japanese and Vietnamese
・Assist in general affairs and accounting
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (N2 and above - willing to learn higher)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Sales, Interpreter, or Admin in Japanese companies
・Other: Can go on business trips within Vietnam and Japan. (Have overnight trips, up to 3-4 times/ month when busy
<Personality>
・Those who wish to become instructors or consultants and have a high level of professionalism
・Interested in the consulting industry and start-up company
・Willing to learn and grow themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・JLPT N1 equivalent skill
・Experience planning and implementing training and seminars
・Proven track record in acquiring new customers
