Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Consultant for organizational change and instructor human resource development.
・Consult for organizational transformation, mainly for Japanese companies, and instructor for education and training. Specifically, as a consultant (instructor), you will plan training and visit Japanese companies to provide training (presentations, etc.) to their staff.
*Training will be wide-ranging, including instilling corporate philosophy, leadership training, sales and etiquette training, etc.
・Assist in sales activities (including customer service, proposal preparation, analysis of various diagnoses, and report preparation)
・Interpretate between Japanese and Vietnamese
・Assist in general affairs and accounting
*After joining the company, you will receive input on the job content and training, and if you pass the exam three months later, you will debut as a consultant (instructor).
Job Requirement
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese Fluent level (equivalent to N1 Level - All trainings, data information are in Japanese)
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of working experience as a consultant, instructor.
*Even if you do not have the above experience, you can apply if you understand the industry and job content and are eager to learn new things.
- Experience in a Japanese company
・Other: Can go on business trips within Vietnam and Japan. (Have overnight trips, up to 3-4 times/ month when busy

・Willing to learn and grow themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・JLPT N1 Certificate
・Experience planning and implementing training and seminars
・Proven track record in acquiring new customers
