<Job Responsibilities>
- Receiving and following the instruction set by the plant manager or the general director, and
planning departmental policies based on company policy.
- Controlling, delegating tasks and assigning duties of department in charge.
- Directing staff-employee training in the department, planning personnel arrangements such as assessment and recruitment. Organizing and monitoring department operations.
- Fostering and motivating company activities to operate effectively, liaising closely with internal, supporting or acting as an advisor to related departments.
- Monitoring HR & GA Department.
- Any other duties as allocated by General Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 40 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N2 and above)
・Experience: Having more than 5 years of working experience in HR position
・Management skills more than 2years
・Multitasking, paperwork capacity (accuracy and speed)
・Responsibility to handle confidential matters and keep it confidential.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having manager skill of scale 900 staff size in any industry.
・Having knowledge of labor
・English: Business level
・Have working experience at a Japanese company is a plus
・Work independently
