Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
HR task:
Recruitment: Developing recruitment plans, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
Human Resources Development: Implementing new employee training, skill-up training, and career development programs.
Labor Management: Attendance management, payroll calculations, social insurance procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Personnel Evaluation: Building and operating a performance evaluation system, and providing feedback.

General Affairs task:
Office Management: Maintaining and managing office facilities, procuring and managing equipment.
Event Planning: Planning and running internal events and meetings.
Legal Affairs: Managing contracts and supporting legal procedures.
Risk Management: Ensuring occupational safety and health, formulating crisis management plans
Coordinating with relevant government agencies

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45
・Language skills: Japanese Skills at Businesss Level 
・Having more than 5years of working experience as a GAHR Manager in manufacturing
・Having good knowledge of Labor and document tasks 
・Communication Skills: Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
・Problem-Solving Skills: Resolving labor issues and office management issues.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experience in a Japanese company
・Having both English and Japanese skills
