<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: from 45 years old. Gender: Male ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: Japanese business level (communicate with Japanese General Director and Head Quarter) ・Experience: - Having at least 4-5 years of experience at General Manager position. ・Others: - Have leadership and personnel organization skills - Good ability to consult, approach, and interact with relevant departments. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Live in Hanoi or Hung Yen (they will have company buses from Hanoi to Hung Yen)
