<Job Responsibilities>
- Correspond with legal matters from the government.
- Manage internal policy so that if follows regulations and law
- Calculate salary and bonus.
- Handle labor tasks.
- Assist with VISA procedures.
- Manage and train team members.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelors degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 33-45 years old (Negotiable)
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N2 or above), English conversational level (can read and write)
・Experience:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in the HRGA department of a manufacturing company.
- Have experience in salary calculation and good understanding of labor
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience dealing with legal affairs.
- Worked in a Japanese company
- Can speak in English
- Strong leadership
- Have manager experience
