Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement salary and welfare regimes, etc. according to the company's regulations and current laws; 
- Develop human resource policies according to the requirements of superiors
- Plan HR work by month, quarter, year.
- Responsible for allocating, monitoring work, work completion results of staff in the team and reporting back to superiors
- Plan internal training and development for employees every month. Record, evaluate, and store employee training results.
- Participate in managing and supporting the recruitment of personnel for other departments 
- Develop human resource organization structure and job descriptions for each position.
- Manage and support visa and work permit applications
- Participate in drafting internal and working regulations for the company. Guide and supervise implementation.
- Other work as assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Graduated from College or above.
・Gender: Any
・Age: Under 40 
・Language: Japanese and English at Business Level
・Experience:
- Have from 5 years of working experience in the GAHR department at any industry 
- Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Power Point.
