Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Cooperate with HN headquarters IT, Group companies, IT service vendor on various projects/issues/contracts
- (Not a must, but preferable if the candidate can do) IT Help Desk, monitor/maintain network
- All RPA work including documentation/development incorporating users' requests and RPA promotion activity

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: From 35
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Intermediate Level & Japanese - Business Level
- Experience:
+ Have at least 3 years of working experience at Management Level
+ Have knowledge of internal network system
+ Experienced in IT security measures
- Skills:
+ Basic understanding of Windows, servers, network, firewalls, and preferably SAP ERP
+ High respect for regulatory compliance and ethical standards
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ An ability to stick to strict deadlines
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
+ IT Help Desk experience is a plus
+ Working experience in multinational corporations is a plus
