<Job Responsibilities> ・Implement security measures for each ASEAN company in cooperation with the Japan headquarters ・Address cyber-security issue ・Install and configure IT devices' hardware, and software, arranging network ・Provide IT technical support & handle all IT-related matters in our ASEAN company ・Respond promptly to handle issues and requests ・Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements ・Estimate ,Order,Acceptance about all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network etc)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: At least 27 years old. ・Gender: Any ・Education: University graduate majoring in Information Technology or related field required ・Language: English and Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - Experience in work, more than 2 years in the IT industry or BPO industry for IT - Experience in troubleshooting for networks for more than 1 year or, basic knowledge about networks (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred) ・Knowledge: - IT BASIC SKILL ( PC / Printer / Network ) ・Skills: - Great multitasking skills smoothly & calmly in any difficult situation - Good at logical thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Driver's license - Network (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred) - Knowledge of IT security
