Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
This position will belong to the Admin team.
- Follow up with product delivery (shipping to all areas in Vietnam), customs clearance (import), inventory and delivery management in English with our Japanese headquarters
- Order placement with our group companies in English.
- Issue Invoices and create delivery notes (Excel).　
- Inventory control of our consignment company's warehouse and office warehouse
- Support for sales staff

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 22 ~ 30 years old
・Gender: Females only
・Language: English conversational level and Japanese business level (N3~N2, able to communicate)
・Experience:
   -  Having working experience as a Logistics staff in a Trading Company
   -  Having good knowledge of Customs clearance (import) business
   -  Having good PC skills, can use Excel well.
   -  Can go to training in HCM 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Candidates who were involved in sales of painting systems (painting booths, drying ovens, painting robots)
