Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Production and machining of valve products using an NC lathe. ・Participants will be divided into three main teams and assigned specialized parts（(Body, Part Processing, Bar parts） ・Actual work and management on the machining line (changeover work, progress, quality, 4M, etc.) ・Measures and initiatives to prevent defective products ・Management, guidance, and education for workers ・Create procedure manuals for the department in charge ・Management of machine tools, measuring instruments, etc. ・Translate Japanese procedure manuals and standards into Vietnamese and create procedure manuals ・Other (based on instructions from superiors) *From May-2025 will go to Japan for training ・NC旋盤を使って製品の生産と加工 ・主に3つのパートの分かれてアサインされる予定です（ボディ、部品加工、バー部品） ・機械加工ラインの実作業と管理（段取り替え作業、進捗、品質、４M、他） ・不良品防止為の対策と取組み ・作業者の管理、指導、教育 ・担当部署の手順書等の作成 ・工作機械、測定器等の管理 ・日本の手順書・標準書をベトナム語に翻訳して手順書を作成 ・その他（上司の指示に基づく）
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: College degree or higher ・Gender: Male only ・Age: 25-35 ・Language: Japanese Basic Level (from N4) ・Experience: - Experienced using NC machine tools and has experience changing setups - Experienced using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Can use Excel (Create standards (procedure documents: someone who can create work procedures, work standards, quality standards, condition tables, etc.)) - Can go to Japan for training (around 3 months) <Preferable Experience> ・Have worked in machining at stainless steel product factories ・2D CAD experience (people who can create jig drawings and assembly drawings) ・Experience in CNC bar lathe setup ・Can decipher the machining method and origin position by looking at the machining program of NC machine tools ・Can manually create machining programs for NC machine tools by looking at machining drawings ・3D measuring machine experience ・Can inspect machine tools (spindle runout, backlash, rattle) and find abnormalities ・Can understand the geometric tolerances of machining drawings ・Experience in starting up new machine tools <Preferred personality> People who can independently identify, set, and solve problems
