<Position Objective/Expectation > - Work closely with our Japan headquarters to manage the manufacturing process and lead our local team. <Job Responsibilities> - Process Improvement: Implement and maintain quality control systems, production planning, and delivery schedules. - Team Leadership: Oversee and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support. - Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. - New Product Introduction: Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with design and engineering teams. - Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Japan headquarters on production metrics, quality issues, and project progress.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 35-45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Laguage: English - Business Level ・Experience & Skills: -Over 5 years of experience in quality and production management in the apparel industry -Management experience - Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the apparel industry. - Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in improving operational efficiency and providing technical guidance in apparel manufacturing.
