Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. General Operation 
- Interviews and analysis of current business processes and existing documents
- Planning of project-related activities and preparation of transition project plan
- Preparation of project management deliverables (e.g., WBS, problem list, etc.)
- Progress management of each task
- Problem resolution involving relevant parties
- Creation of post-transition support plans

2. Business PMO Operations
- Analysis of current business process
- Design of new business process
- Creation of Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Review of Basic Design Document (BD)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and progress management
- User training planning and progress management
- Migration planning and progress management (e.g., data cleansing, supplemental data preparation)
- Project change management support
- Communication management

3. IT PMO Operations
- Analysis of current system functionality
- Preparation of Conceptual Design (CD) Document for the new system
- Creation of a Basic Design (BD) Document 
- Creation of Detailed Design (DD) Documents
- Plan and progress management of system development and unit testing
- Connection test planning and progress management
- Plan and progress management of system testing
- Plan and progress management of transition testing

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
・Language: Japanese and English - Business Level 
・Experience: 
- At least 1 year of PMO experience, focusing on bank projects 
- In-depth knowledge of system implementation projects (e.g., phases and their respective activities, required deliverables, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer orientation
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player
- Creativity, forward-thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment, maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional ethics, initiative, etc.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with system migrations is a plus
- Experience in a consulting firm is a plus
