Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
+ Coordinate with stakeholders (Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia...) to identify the specifications and requirements to build up the sourcing strategy for components of the company's products.
+ Operate the entire project from sourcing, drawing, cost negotiation, contract, assembly line, production, equipment, Capacity, samples, and delivery...
+ Optimize cost with the analysis, and negotiate to ensure the best price with standard quality and timeline.
+ Capture price trends, monitor and update in time
+ Follow up on fluctuation of raw material to take timely action for procurement activities
+ Look for & build new potential suppliers to satisfy company's requirements, parallel with maintaining and growing good relationships & cooperation with current suppliers to pursue the target of increasing localization rate in Asean.
+ Act quickly with related parties when risks might impact the supplier chain.
+ Other tasks as required by superior
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Logistic, Import-export, Supplier Chain Management, or Electronics but have desire development in procurement or purchasing job.
- Language: Japanese - Intermediate (N3-N2) Level AND English - Business Level
- Experience: No experience required
+ Communication, and negotiation skills
+ Good skills in Excel, Word, email...
+ Ready to go overseas for a Business trip
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
+ Better have logistic knowledge.
+ Have knowledge on Electric part is more preferred.
