<Job Responsibilities> *New factory to be established *The expected mission is not technology, but rather the management of the entire factory, problem-solving, and expansion. ・Manage the Company's production activities, including production planning, ensuring production processes, product quality, purchasing activities, logistics, etc. ・Management of each department and training of members ・Support for Japanese directors * Have the opportunity to become a Factory Manager in the future * Will start working at the Hanoi factory and then will be transferred to the Hai Phong factory when it opens. * Employee will be required to go to Japan & China for training
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Chemistry, Automation, or related majors. ・Gender: Male ・Age: 30－45 years old ・Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent to N2 and above) ・Experience: - Have at least 5 years of working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies. - Have 3-5 years of working experience in a Production Control or Manufacturing Manager position. - Have managing experience of over 100 staff ・Other: Is residing in Hai Phong or plans to reside in Hai Phong for the long term <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Studying or working experience in Japan ・Fluent Japanese ・Experience living in Japan
