<Products: Completely assembled components for automobile, motorbike, power products.> <Clients: Japanese companies > <Saturday Working: Yes> <Job Responsibilities> ・Make production plan and make sure the plan is processed as scheduled. ・Set limit to the material amount and cost used in each process. ・Manage the department's production quality and production quantity. ・Make use of the machines to optimize the production. ・Respond to the error and make sure the production speed is as scheduled. ・Report the process to superior and to other departments.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College degree and above, major in technical. ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-45 years old ・Language: Japanese conversational level (for internal communication, reporting) ・Experience: - Have 5 years working experience in Japanese manufacturing companies. - Have 3 years working experience as Production Manager. ・Other: Must live in Hai Duong (have residency in Hai Duong) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Communication skill ・Solving skill ・Logical thinking
