Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Mainly this position will be in charge of supporting sales staff in the office.
・ Be responsible for ordering, sales importing & exporting, and purchasing activities (industrial parts such as bolts, metal processed products, and resin molded products)
・ Get orders from clients by phone and report to the manager.
・ Make sales-related documents like quotations, order sheets, sales reports, etc...
・ Follow up and ensure shipping deadline.
・ Communicate with the supplier about orders.
・ Handle inquiries from Clients and suppliers.
・ Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level and English conversational level
・Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin or Import-Export positions in a Trading or Manufacturing company,
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working in Japanese Trading or industrial parts company
・Japanese Business level
・Study in Japan
