<Main Job Purpose>
This position will be part of a team for Japanese companies. Your main role will be in forwarding sales, but you will also be selling and following up on a wide range of solutions, including warehousing and transportation, to Japanese companies.
Depending on your experience, you will be assigned leadership or management duties. Detailed job content will be explained during the interview.
・Identify potential clients, research and build relationships with new potential customers
・Attain revenue and gross profit target, acquire new potential accounts through outdoor sales to potential customers to meet and exceed revenue targets set per KPIs cascaded down
・Negotiate Credit terms with customers and take care of outstanding
・Develop the business relationship with customers, looking for the opportunity to expand the business from current customer
・To team up with all team members to achieve all objectives and goals that are given to the team
・Support for member training and sales
・Support for creating sales strategies
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English - Business Level and Japanese - Business Level (more than N2 level, for communicate with Japanese PIC)
・Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales at logistics company
・Leadership experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Familiar with Ocean Freight Forwarding, Air Freight Forwarding, and Contract Logistics and transport operations
- Can communicate and work with Japanese clients.
- Strength in developing new customers
- Strong network in the logistics industry
