Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide customer service at the professional level - Provide necessary information available upon the request of customers/ instruction by the supervisor - Demonstrate financial products and financial services as deemed necessary by clients and management - Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls to schedule appointments and meetings - Make financial product knowledge readily available to self and colleagues through various resources - Demonstrate superior time management and meet project deadlines - Create information materials and presentations to business partners, clients, and investors, for business development in Japanese - Together with management, set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, business partners, investors, banks, media representatives, and other professionals to implement business strategies across multiple channels - Together with management, develop marketing strategies and approach for various financial products and financial services, such as Mezzanine Fund, Real Estate Fund, and Private Equity Fund - Together with management, deal with questions and requests from domestic and foreign clients, including but not limited to Japanese investors, about financial products and financial services benefits - Meet sales marketing team goals, analyze trends, data, demographics, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance for fund-raising from domestic and foreign investors - Create and present regular marketing reports or business memos for managers and executives in Japanese - Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with financial products and services - Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as set by management - Research potential target industries trends and patterns, business partners, and clients - Study competition/competitors to find new ways to acquire new clients and retain existing clients - Collaborate with internal and external teams to address clients’ needs - Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer services - Act as point of contact for complaints and tries to resolve issues as appropriate - Build clients’ confidence in the company’s vision to deliver stakeholders’ value - Translate documents from Vietnamese into Japanese when necessary - Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms in Japanese - Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary in Japanese
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor or Master ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N1) and English - Business Level (TOEIC800) or higher ・Experience: Working experience is not required but is needed as below. 1. Fresher, graduated from a top university in Vietnam and has Fluent Japanese skill 2. Having study abroad experience at Japanese University <Personality> ・Well-intentioned and kind-hearted person. ・Able to work on a wide range of tasks in a start-up company <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having Japanese skills at the native level ・Having study abroad experience in a Japanese top-tier university ・Having knowledge of real estate and other investments <Necessary documents for the interview> ・Bachelor's degree ・University transcript ・Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test
