Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Take orders and communicate information about orders and requirements to the production department. - Monitor production stages from the time the factory receives fabric materials to the final packaging process. - Confirm the quantity and quality of goods with the factory, and notify the supplier if any issues arise. - Track and ensure the delivery schedule is met. - Visit the factory to inspect the production order and report back to the client. - Manage product quality at the factory and report defective items for timely resolution. - Seek out new garment factories and fabric suppliers to develop new orders.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education background: A bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, textiles, business, or a related field is typically required. Prefer good knowledge of Textiles ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (form N2 Level) AND English - Conversational Level ・Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as Apparel Merchandiser (in charge of Production and Development) ・Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the fashion and garment industry, including textile materials, production processes, and market trends. ・Have extensive experience in selling domestic products is an advantage ・Computer skill: Fluently using Excel, words
