Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position belongs to the Moving Department.
- Visit homes of customers who moved to Vietnam (Hanoi, Hai Phong)
- Responsible for customer service tasks of the department.
- Perform preliminary inspection, set meetings, and create quotations.
- Manage process schedule, arrange progress, and communicate with our overseas affiliates
- Attend collection and delivery work, and give work instructions to Vietnamese workers.
** The actual moving work will be done by workers, so this position will mainly be responsible for customer service and overall management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese business level (equivalent to N2, good writing and reading) and English Conversational level
・Experience:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales positions (any industry)
- Have working experience in the Logistics industry (any positions)
- Can communicate and work with Japanese clients.

Have Sales experience in the Logistics industry
