§ Salary Range: Gross 530 - 960 USD per month
§ Allowance(s): Governed under VN law
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus in January / Language allowance(English, Japanese) / Position allowance

§ Selection Process: One round when Japanese Director come to HCM
§ Others: Opportunities for going to overseas as business trip
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Leader and Japanese Director
§ Assigned to Development Team
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Offshore development of ERP system
- Customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Manage and train the team developers (Senior position)
- Attend the meeting with client in Japan, Hong Kong and Thailand if you have high language skill
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Language Skills: English intermediate level for understanding specific documents
- At least 2 years’ experience with C++, C# or Java
- Knowledge about database (especially SQL Server)
- Knowledge or experience about Account, CRM, production management, ERP is plus
§ Others (Preferable):
- Language Skills: Japanese conversational level
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Until 35
