<Job Responsibilities>
- Research Support: Assist in conducting market research, including desk research, surveys, and in-depth interviews to gather insights that inform strategic planning and creative development.
- Proposal Development: Mass-produce frameworks for proposals by synthesizing research findings into actionable strategies that align with client objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior planners, creative teams, and account managers to ensure that insights are effectively translated into compelling marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize AI tools and programming skills, particularly in Python, to analyze data sets and generate insights that support decision-making processes.
- Presentation Preparation: Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides to communicate strategies and proposals clearly to clients.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform planning processes and maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or strategic planning roles in any industry
・Other skills:
- Technical Skills:
+ Familiarity with AI/automation tools relevant to marketing.
+ Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages is an advantage.
+ Proficiency in Office Suite (especially PowerPoint/Google Slides) for proposal creation.
- Soft Skills:
+ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
<Preferable Skill and Experience>
- Having at least 1 year of experience in a multinational agency in Vietnam is a plus.
