Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Performance Management System:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals, promoting employee engagement and development.
- Design and manage performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
- Manage and maintain the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all current regulations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of the performance evaluation process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Organize training sessions and guide employees on the performance evaluation process.
- Analyze evaluation data and provide reports and improvement recommendations.
2. Liaison with Headquarters:
- Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement performance-based incentive programs.
- Handle tasks related to HR activities connecting with the parent company.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports on the subsidiary's HR status.
3. Assistant to the HR Manager:
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies.
- Participate in meetings, prepare documents, and take meeting minutes.
- Participate in training activities as an interpreter and Korean language instructor.
- Handle the reception of Korean delegations.
- Perform other tasks as required by the HR Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Korean Native 
・Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Korean Language, Economics, or related fields.
・Languages: Korean Native Level and English - Business Level 
・Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of C&B experience, preferably in performance management.

<Others> :
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean. Fair command of English.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills
