<Job Overview>
Keeping & expanding existing business with Korean customers in Vietnam
<Job Responsibilities>
The post will be the Manager of the Industrial Material Team under the Representative officer who in the smooth management of sales support while ensuring compliance to successfully achieve a teamwork plan and objective.
Job includes:
- Trading industrial material products such as electric machinery, parts, etc. between Asian countries and Vietnam
- Be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Develop new products and business opportunities in related industries; set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth
- Survey the related industries and make a marketing strategy/report
- Achieving turnover goals for a defined customer or product group to target customer development.
- Offering after-sales support services and solving client issues.
- Manager in handling bidding procedure for idle machine remarketing sale of electronics manufacturer as sale agent including:
+ Obtain information from the client about the machine sales request.
+ Before bid opening: Work directly with the person in charge of the seller to make a list for sale, information on machinery and equipment, and discuss during the bidding process any issues related to machinery.
+ Actively make a list of bidding machines according to technical information from the seller, and prepare the necessary bidding documents at the request of the manager.
+ Data recording and management in the bidding system, managing buyers' information and bidding application.
+ During the bidding period, support buyers with bidding registration in the system platform and through a bidding process for individual sales.
+ Manage the documents for commission payment with the seller’s accountant person in charge and headquarters, and assist in creating billing for each sale.
+ Under the compliance preparation such as correspondences and reports.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Korean Native and English business-level
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working overseas
- Others:
+ Strong communication, Problem-solving skill and negotiation skills
+ Enthusiastic, dynamic, passionate about sales
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, …)
+ Good communication skills and customer service skills
<Preferable skills>
- Have working experience in Vietnam
- Can communicate in Vietnamese or Chinese
