<Position Objective/Expectation > - As an in-house legal professional, we support government compliance and business operations. <Job Responsibilities> - Identify legal risks you may face and take measures to minimize them. - Prepare and review contracts to be signed to ensure no legal issues. - Provide legal advice to management and other departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. - Gather the latest legal information to respond to new government laws and regulations. - Understand, translate, and report new laws and regulations within the company. - Other tasks assigned by the General Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in the Faculty of Law ・Gender: Any ・Age: 26-40 years old ・Language: English Business level or above ・Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in Legal Affairs, Legal Officer, or Legal Consultant in a foreign company ・Have a lawyer's license ・Good understanding of Japanese company's culture ・Can work flexibly with good teamwork ・Have good knowledge of the law in Energy ・Have good experience in business contract review <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・More than 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs ・Have good knowledge of the law in the Energy business ・Can join ASAP
