Job Description
• Conduct the following research and analysis as part of our search for investment opportunities. • Create a FINANCIAL model using EXCEL • Analyse of transaction valuation • Investigate other evaluation materials • Create internal presentation materials • Participate in meetings with collaborating teams and external parties (Online/Offline) • Follow the internal approval process • Collaborate with the team for M&A execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Having 1 - 2 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects - Have experience at Big4 consulting companies or Investment Banks - Have study abroad experience - Have working experience with a native English speaker - Have good knowledge of hospital business operation - Good understanding M&A business & process <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having 3-4 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects ・Having Analyst skills ・Have good understanding healthcare industry
