Job Description
<Job Expectations> ・Spreading flavors and fragrances used in food products to Vietnam, and the main assignment is to develop customers for this purpose. <Job Responsibilities> - Build up relationships with current customers. - Develop new potential customers (Especially in the Food Industry). *Duty ratio: Current Customers 20%, New ones 80% - Report to the Chief Representative - Plan and give presentations by collaborating with the R&D team. - Communicate with R&D and subsidiaries (in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand) for giving solutions for the customer's and internal inquiries - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 28 - 35 ・Bachelor degree ・English skill: Business level for both internal and external (Mainly communication with Japanese, Singaporean, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, etc) ・Experiences: - At least more than 3-5 years of working experience as a Sales (B2B) in flavor, fragrance, food additives, or the food industry - Having experience in developing new clients or connections with those. - Having working experience as a Sales to Beverage companies or related Fragrance in the food Ingredients Industry. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Work experience in the Fragrance and Flavor Industry will be highly welcomed. ・ Bachelor's degree in a related major （Chemical, Flavor, Food chemical, etc..） ・ Speaking Japanese with intermediate level(equivalent to N2) ・ Having worked at Japanese companies
