Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> : 1. Strategic Marketing & Business Growth - Develop and manage marketing strategies for clients and distributors to dealers/ customers to drive sales growth and brand awareness - Plan and manage budgets for promotions, advertising and brand recognition activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation. - Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive insights to make ideas for marketing campaigns; conduct price market surveys for pricing review. - Propose and implement product line-up and promotional strategies to enhance market positioning. 2. Marketing Campaigns & Branding - Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. - Prepare marketing materials and promotional tools for marketing campaigns, events, and other activities - Oversee the design and make ideas for product packaging, including labels, bottles, and carton boxes. - Manage and maintain the company’s website, Facebook Fanpage and digital presence to enhance engagement and brand consistency. - Implement and oversee the signboard identity program for customers. 3. Business partners & Distributors Engagement - Coordinate with the sales team to organize seminars, distributor events, and incentive trips for customer engagement. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Provide timely support and follow up on inquiries, complaints, and claims to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Compliance & Reporting - Register promotional campaigns with the Department of Trade and Commerce as required. - Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. - Provide regular updates to management and the Board of Directors on market trends, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations. 5. Other Responsibilities - Cooperate with other related departments to run smooth campaign for products, including existing products, new products and inventory products - Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager and Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; ・Age: over 35 years old ・Gender: female only ・Language: English - Business level (Able to read, and analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English.) ・Experience: at least 3 years experience in manager position of marketing for industrial consumer product (Prior experience in FMCG / Oil & Gas/Automotive industries/ Chemistry is a high priority.) ・ Experienced and excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel, and PowerPoint. <Personalities>: - Strong leadership skills; - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; - Strong multi-tasking, independent working ability and teamwork skills; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); - Creative, enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn and logical mind-set. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of lubricants or chemicals - Can communicate in Japanese
