Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Will be in charge of both the brand marketing and trade marketing departments (Trade > Brand Marketing)
The mission is to collaborate with the sales team to conduct marketing activities and increase sales targets in each area.
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans in line with sales goals.
・Analyze marketing effects and issues, and propose improvement plans
・Execute marketing projects and manage assignments to members
・Collect information on the characteristics of each store and area, and propose advertising methods
・Conduct market research and collect useful information in the market
・Create a weekly report and submit it to your line manager in Japan
・Participate in monthly sales meetings
・Other work related to sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age:38-45 years old
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English Business level (Report to Japanese Director)
・More than 5 years of working experience as a head of Marketing departement or GM level in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
・At least 5 years working as a Trade & Brand Marketing in FMCG Industry ( in Manufacturer, not Marketing Agency )
・Good undertstanding FMCG business in VN
・Experience in developing strategies and taking the initiative to implement them
・Being able to go on a business trip.
<General Manager>
・Over 7 years of experience in brand marketing in the FMCG industry
・Over 7 years of experience as a manager (MGR)
・Over 3 years of experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry GT/MT channel
・Experience working for a Japanese company (preferable but not required)
** Main target area: HCM, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau and Mekong Delta. & North area depends on the situation.

・Japanese Business level
・Having both experience GT & MT channel
・Having experience in dealing with Baby Diaper, Baby Wipe, Sanitary Napkin, Paper Products
