Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Handle construction management (safety, quality, progress) and estimating and design ・Support Site manager and Site Supervisor ・Design, draw Shop drawings, and deploy mechanical construction drawing board. ・ Read drawings, and analyze detailed construction volumes for each item. ・ Prepare reports on material estimates and progress of supplies and equipment in the project. ・ Prepare budget estimates for small and medium-sized construction projects ・ Responsible for technical handling and project quality. ・ Manage progress/ completion date ・Prepare phase acceptance documents, settlement documents, and completion documents. ・Have understanding of construction standards, fire prevention standards, and mechanical equipment standards
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27 - 40 years old ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: + For Mechanical Engineer: have at least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer at construction sites + For Site Supervisor: have at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer at construction sites - Have good computer knowledge and use, especially good at AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc. - Able to report, communicate, and consult with others. - Able to work at the project site. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working for a Japanese company ・Willing to learn and can work under pressure ・Can work long-term for the company ・High interpersonal communication skills ・Training, directing subordinates, engineers
