<Job Responsibilities>
- Making Contract sheets with customers when deals are done by Polymer traders.
- Checking the shipment schedule from the suppliers' side (Korea, India, China etc.,)
- Communicating with customers on L/C opening and amending status.
- Communicating with the Indian and Korean PICs with cargo status.
- Checking the payment status with customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business, Logistics, Trading, Import-Export,...
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in export operation including contracts management, shipment operation, payment and customer service.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Willing to co-work with other trading managers and should have good teamwork.
+ Good English speaking and reading, writing ability required to communicate with Korean, Indian, and Chinese colleagues in overseas offices and logistics partners.
+ Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet software, and other related systems is essential for day-to-day responsibilities.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- It is preferred to have work experience in logistics or the polymer operation field.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
