Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Handle Products of the company (PACS/IT WorkStation) with Clinical to understand.
- Prepare Products Materials: Spec Sheet, Brochures, Case Study, User Guide ... & products Training ( Clinic )
- Cooperating with regions to get product info & Training.
- Support marketing events like seminars/workshops/exhibitions and promote products. Manage and maintain the schedule and cost of these events.
- Propose and create promotional materials such as white paper(Recommendation letter of comp Products), KOL Movie, etc.
2. Support Sales Staff and Distributor:
- Site Survey & Demo Support
- Make Proposals & Presentations & Support distributors to give presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers and explain the product features, benefits and unique selling points compared with competitors.
- Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitations, and propose optimal products, configurations, and solutions to meet the customer needs.
- Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, etc) to distributors.
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers
- Receive calls from distributors and support them to solve the problems for technical and application issues.
3. Post Sales Support
- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.
- Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation.
- Support distributors to connect and integrate company Healthcare IT products with other vendor's IT systems and modalities at customer sites.
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers.
- Market Research for PACS/IT Workstation
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: from 28 years old
- Qualification: University degree with majors related to IT, Biochemistry, medical
- Language: English - Business level
- Experience:
+ Having at least 3 years of experience as Sales for products in medical field
+ Knowledge related to IT Business, IT Sales, IT System & Infrastructures, IT Basic/ HealthCare Sale Experience and Indirect Sales, Distributor Care Experience is an advantage
+ Presentations, Customer Care, Negotiation, Support Skills
+ Well organized, high responsibility, good teamwork skills
<Preferer skills>
- Having experience in medical devices, especially the major of Diagnostic Imaging
