<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage product department teams
- General cooperation with Japan side to realize expansion of transaction volume
- Management MD and QC teams
- Most of the work that the director is doing is assigned to this position.
- Plan and propose products
- Select a factory
- Manage quantity (Procurement of fabric materials and accessories)
- Dealing with problems that occur in FOB negotiations and planning
- Support for product planning and general planning work
*In the work involved in production, a series of flow of planning, negotiation, preparation, instruction, check is performed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 30-40
- Gender : Any
- Language: Japanese and English Business level
- Having Good Japanese skill (equivalent Native Level)
- More than 3 years experiences as Manager or team leader
- Can manage the project with strong leadership
- Willing to business trip (2-6 times in Domestic)
- Have provided planning support at trading companies and manufacturers
- PC skill : using in business application
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having 2-3 y work experience or supported the planning of apparel in collaboration with Japan.
- Having development experience in apparel industry
- Working or Studying experiences in foreign country
- Working experience in Japanese company (Especially textile industry)
