Job Requirement
<Essential requirement> ・ Gender: any ・Age: 33 - 50 years old. ・Language: English or Japanese at Intermediate level ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, and Engineering majors ・Experience: - 5+ years of experience in product development and quality assurance at a manufacturing company - 3+ years of experience in interacting with testing facilities ・Skill: Able to operate simple CAD <Preferable> ‐Experience in product development and quality assurance at a steel or construction materials company (ideally doors and shutters) ‐Japanese speaker <Personality> - Ability to organize, manage and operate - Have good communication skills, dynamic and creative - Able to work independently and in groups - Ethics/Personal reputation/Long-term commitment/Having a clear work perspective or work orientation
