Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the production line (precision machining), ensuring achievement of goals of KPIs for the team, including workplace safety, delivery time, productivity, and production tool costs. - Set action targets for the team. - Implement and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency. - Prepare training programs and conduct training, correcting errors for team management staff. - Remind team members about compliance with internal regulations and production processes. - Monitor and evaluate staff performance. - Recommend changes to the team's organizational structure to establish a better management system. - Report all issues related to the department. - Details will be discussed further in the interview.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. ・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - 5 years of experience working in a mechanical processing manufacturing plant and at least 3 years in a production line management position. - Knowledge of NC and CNC machining is required. - Experience in process improvement activities. - Proficient in using 7 quality management tools and data analysis. - Familiar with Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
