Job Description:
- Lead and build a development team which has15 people
- Development environment: LAMP＆Java/Oracle (Java is the main language), sometimes use Python and other languages, also use some middleware
Requirements:
- Good Japanese skills (at least N2), English: reading & writing skill
- System development experience(web application of open system)
- Coding experience(Java・PHP・Perl・python)
- Team leading experience including sub-leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders
