Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Coordinate with Architect, Structural, and MEP teams to meet project requirements.
・Approve Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Schedules, and QA/QC submissions.
・Identify and resolve design issues, suggesting improvements for efficiency and quality.
・Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
・Follow international project standards, including PM, CM, QS, Design QP, and contractor guidelines.
・Perform other related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Leader or related role.
- At least 5 years of experience working on-site with a main contractor, top contractor, or construction management company.
- At least 2 projects type high-rise buildings or Complex-building.
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
