<Job Responsibilities> ・Supporting the Japanese director and managed the entire project. ・Managing the Project site team while motivating the team ・Proceed while considering delivery, safety, quality, and environmental issues. ・Establish good communication with the Project Manager (Japanese), team members, and stakeholders. ・Manage, control, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers ・Ensure that all local national building codes and regulations, safety, and the Client's standard requirements are followed. ・Ensure to liaise with the authority ・Prepare detailed schedules and ensure to meet the timeline and budget. ・Collaborate with architects, engineers, MEP contractors, and other specialists.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in construction, architect majors. ・Age: 36-46 years old ・Gender: Male only ・Language: English - Business level ・Experience: - Having working experience as a Construction Manager, working with commercial buildings, Shopping mall - Having project experience such as construction project of large shopping malls and facilities - Have leadership skills. <Preferred personality> ₋ Preferred certificate： ・Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) Level II ・Construction Supervisor ・Construction Management Strong leadership and negotiation skills. *Possesses the ability to negotiate with subcontractors and the leadership (personality) to lead team members
