<Job Responsibilities> - Manage project schedule, resource, scope, quality, constraints and changes - Manage stakeholders’ expectations and let project members acknowledge their contributions - Work closely with PMO to identify risks, solve issues, and come up with action plans - Proactively contribute to PMO process improvement and audit activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ・Language Skills: English - Business Level (writing and verbal), OR Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management or similar positions in IT companies. <Other skills> - Strong leadership, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and result-oriented - Open-minded to embrace changes - Knowledgeable about technical aspects of web and mobile development
