<Position Objective/Expectation >
- General manager of condominium management department
*Each building has a management leader
<Job Responsibilities>
- Realization of high quality apartment / condominium management
- Supervision two apartment management and response to the board of directors
- Estimated budget, budget execution management, fund management for individual apartment
- Budgeting for the entire management department
- Creating a long-term repair plan
- Human resource development
- Acquisition of new apartment management (develop a new managed apartment)
- Implementation of management meeting (need to build relationships with the management board)
- Building relationships with local people's committees
- Follow customers satisfaction as a management service
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:30-45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: English Business level
・Having more than 5y experience in Building management or property management in Condominium, Apartment, Building...
・Have a basic idea of thinking about the happiness of customers and staff
・Being able to train subordinates and create an organization (with good team work)
・Good communication
・Good PC skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have good morals (It is strictly forbidden to get bribes or back margins)
・Have Japanese skill is a big plus
・Good communication skill
・Good leadership
