Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Work with suppliers on daily tasks (issue PO, adjust delivery…)
- Check and control PO as well as inventory, and make a monthly purchase plan and follow up
- Work in a team with departments, and negotiate to reduce costs.
- Perform other tasks as required by Department Head/Department Head
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 24 -35 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics and Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or Trading,...
- Language: English at Intermediate level
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as Purchasing Staff in Manufacturing companies.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Punctual, enthusiastic at work, good at teamwork, organized and responsible, able to work overtime if required.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can speak Japanese
- Have experience of working in Japanese companies
