Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Formulate a comprehensive quality management strategy for the entire software development process, and promote establishing and improving a company-wide quality culture. ・Set quality goals that are consistent with the Company’s short-term and long-term business goals as well as based on general quality trends in the IT industry ・Plan, organize and coordinate activities to achieve goals ・Build and manage PQA/PMO team if any 2. Improve the testing process and testing quality to ensure the quality of the company’s projects: ・Take part in managing the testing process to ensure product quality. ・Improve, implement and monitor, evaluate the implementation of the test plan to ensure that quality criteria are met. 3. Support projects in implementing process application ・Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing and maintaining quality processes and standards. ・Ensure that processes are implemented effectively and following the project's specific needs. 4. Monitor project process compliance. Identify and resolve issues related to process compliance in a timely and effective manner 5. Periodically report process application status to the board of directors. Act as a consultant, recommend process improvements and adjustments when necessary
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: University/ College degree in IT or Quality Management. ・Language: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Business Level (good at reading, writing, and communication - mostly for communicating with Japanese Director - can use English) ・Experience: - At least 4 years of quality management (QAM) experience - Experience or ability to propose testing quality indicators and criteria, organize measurement, synthesize, analyze and report quality indicators are required. - Experience in building/applying processes for software companies - Experience in building and tailoring a set of evaluation criteria to project quality. - Experience in building teams, recruiting, evaluating personnel, and organizing quality training - Understanding of WaterFall, Agile Scrum models - Using project management software such as Jira, Redmine, Backlog, SVN
