Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Improve testing and quality control methods to prevent customer complaints.
- Oversee the implementation of quality improvement measures to prevent incidents.
- Manage suppliers:
o Monitor quality, request quality improvements from suppliers.
o Monitor and evaluate suppliers' adherence to processes and 5S.
o Evaluate the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and chemical management at suppliers.
- Manage the quality of products manufactured and assembled by the QC department.
- Manage product quality after delivery to customers, including:
o Understand customer requirements and implement them within the department.
o Evaluate compliance with customer requirements.
- Report on quality performance monthly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University/ College Graduation.
- Language: English - Intermediate Level (Able to report to Japanese Manager)
- Experience: Around 3 - 4 years of experience as QA/QC in manufacturing companies. (Experience in other industries is acceptable, especially if the candidate has worked in a Japanese company.)
- Prefers candidate who has management experience.
- Priority will be given to candidates with managerial experience and strong problem-solving skills.
