Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Will become a manager in the future. - Co-ordinate closely with QA/ engineers in mother’s company and suppliers to deploy and monitor new projects. You will ensure products meet requirements of quality and performance before approving mass production. - Summarize Quality Reports and communicate with QA/ engineers team in the mother’s company through regular conferences to report, and solve problems…. - Investigate processes and proposal process improvement ideas to bring benefit to suppliers and the company. - Ensure quality of product/ process by measuring, sampling, inspecting, and/or testing various products/equipment. - Perform sampling inspection of the finished product for compliance to specifications; may release for shipment. - Identify and resolve workflow and production issues. - Discuss inspection methods or defects with those responsible. - Make a plan and carry out audits of new suppliers and existing suppliers. - Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and events.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's Degree (Technology major) - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role at production plants. + Technical knowledge (Assembly, Mechanical knowledge/ experience, ability to read technical drawings…) + Good knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. - Others: + Ability to work under pressure, be willing to follow the assignment, high responsibility. + Possess great vision and be able to actualize it by planning strategically and making sound decisions. ‐Preferable: + Japanese - Business Level (N2) and + Management experience + Parts knowledge for copiers and multifunction machines
